But so worth it!

This morning’s breakfast concoction took a while, I think it’s because I put the lettuce and kale in first – I needed a more liquid base to add that too, but I persevered and get to enjoy my delicious green smoothie!  so… before I forget what’s in it I wanted to share with you!  Depending on what blender you have, I’d create a base of the grapefruit, banana and water first and then add the rest of the goodies next.

4 romaine lettuce leaves

4 latino kale leaves (stems removed)

1 banana

1 grapefruit

5 frozen strawberries

2 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp maca powder

about a cup of water

yummmmmmmy!!!!
